Evidence-Based. Family-Centered. AAP-Aligned.

Your family deserves real care, not a waiting list.

Our team of registered dietitians, behavioral health specialists, and health coaches delivers structured, virtual pediatric care — built around your whole family.

Designed for children and adolescents ages 6–17 with BMI at or above the 85th percentile

Every pediatric weight clinic has a six-month waitlist.

Families who need support can't access it. Children who qualify for treatment don't receive it. The problem isn't awareness — it's access.

Common Questions

What families ask us most.

How much does BloomPath cost?

BloomPath is designed to be covered by your family's health insurance. Our care team bills standard medical CPT codes — the same codes used by pediatricians, dietitians, and therapists nationwide. We're currently credentialing with major commercial plans. Join our waitlist and we'll help verify your coverage before enrollment.

Does my insurance cover BloomPath?

BloomPath bills standard medical CPT codes for evaluation and management, medical nutrition therapy, and behavioral health services. These are the same codes accepted by most commercial insurance plans. We're actively credentialing with major payers. When you join the waitlist, our team will work with you to verify your specific plan's coverage before you enroll.

Is my child eligible for BloomPath?

BloomPath is designed for children and adolescents ages 6–17 with a BMI at or above the 85th percentile. Our program is family-based — parents and caregivers participate alongside their child. A pediatrician referral is helpful but not required to join.

What does the program look like?

BloomPath delivers 26+ hours of structured care over 12 months, all virtually. Your family works with a dedicated care team — a registered dietitian, a licensed behavioral health specialist, and a health coach. Sessions are family-based, so parents attend too.

The program has three phases: an intensive phase building foundational habits, a maintenance phase reinforcing skills, and sustained support for long-term success.

How is my family's health information protected?

BloomPath is fully HIPAA-compliant. All health data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Care is delivered exclusively by licensed clinicians bound by professional confidentiality standards. We never sell or share your family's data.

Review our full Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for details.

Is this a diet program?

No. BloomPath is not a diet, a calorie-counting app, or a restrictive eating plan. Our program is built on the American Academy of Pediatrics' evidence-based guidelines for pediatric weight management. We focus on building healthy habits for your whole family — nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional well-being — without food shaming or diet culture.
